Description
This sale is for a quantity of ten random wafers similar to the samples shown. All will have circuits etched on them. Some may have light surface scratches or incompletely processed, but at least half are in very good to excellent condition.
Real
silicon integrated circuit history from the early IC boom years. I’ve
got too many of these and too little time to sort them out, so get them
at a bargain while you can.
Many of these are museum display quality logic, memory, cpus, analog, etc. They are of the right time period to be fabulous for macro photography and circuits can be easily viewed with an inexpensive microscope/inspection scope. Modern wafers are so dense they have almost no recognizable features except under very very high magnification.
